Combined Filters VZero Distances Pairs The VZero Distances (VTZ-DST) is a so called "combined filter", a combination of a digit and a math filter. It requires two separate parts to create the filter.
VZero (VTZ) is a different representation of the VTracs (VTX) concept with the difference that the digits start with 0 rather than 1. That simplifies the conversion drastically as the first five digits (0, 1, 2, 3 and 4) are the same in both number and VZero conversion.
To show you how to calculate the VZero Distances filter for a Pick 2 number here an example step by step.
Part I: Pairs VZero Distances Conversion Step 1: Divide 50 into separate digits: 50 => 5 0 Step 2: Convert each digit to filter: 5 = 0 0 = 0 Step 3: Combine the filters to a string: 0 0 = 00
Part II: Pairs VZero Distances Conversion Step 1: Divide the number into separate digits: 00 => 0 0 Step 2: Calculate the distance between each digit and the next (the last digit with the first): 0 to 0 = 0 0 to 0 = 0 Step 3: Combine the filters to a string: 0 0 = 00
